My second studio lighting photo is mixed lighting. I used natural light from the door windows, the flouresent lights above on the cieling and a ring light which really helped brighten the photo. I found up against this wall was the perfect spot for the backround because the natural light even spread on the wall and it was simple which helped not distract the view from Kylie. The camera I used is the Nikon 3100, the shutter speed was at 1/60,the aperature was at 9, and the lens is 18-55mm.

This is my self portrait that represents my personality and interests.  This was taken at my favourite dance studio, Balletomane.  I'm wearing my purple leotard which helps the main focus of the photo stand out.  Along with the leo I'm wearing a skirt that I hold closely to me since it was my costume for a bedlas competition that I took part of last year.  I found an amazing opportunity to learn how to choreograph my own piece of choreography to perform on stage in front of an audience.  Dance has been a huge part of life since I was three years old and now I dance about 18 hours a week.  As you can tell by the photo dance makes me happy and I enjoy doing it with my friends. Studio Lighting

1. 2. 3. These are my studio lighting photos.  For my first photo I used both a ring light and a studio light which were placed around Kylie.  Also the natural light from the windows above helps set nice light from the start and the studio lights really help get perfect lighting that highlight Kylie.  My second photo I only used one studio light and the hue of the light was orange which i think helped soften the picture and made it warm.  The third photo was taken in the theatre and it's a very simple portrait of Kylie, I used three studio lights and one of them was placed above because I thought I wold try a differnt angle.
